Details: Brief illness claims Clifford Becker, 48 Clifford L. Becker, 48, 1908 30th St., died at St. Catherine’s Hospital this morning following a two-week illness. Born in Kenosha Apr. 18, 1919, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Becker. He received his education at Athens, Wis., and returned to Kenosha in 1937. Mr. Becker married Miss Sophie Nietupski on Sept. 12, 1942 in Kenosha. Mr. Becker was employed in Department 826 at American Motors for the last 22 years. He was a World War II army veteran, and a member of Immanuel Methodist Church, the Polish Legion of American Veterans, George Washington Post 34, the Northside Happy Hour, UAW, Local 72, and the Ke-Nash-A Club. He is survived by his widow; four sons, Dennis, Clifford Jr., Donald and Gene, all of Kenosha; three daughters, Mrs. Darold (Judith) Frederick, Bristol, and Miss Sharon and Miss Audrey Becker, both of Kenosha; and by five grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Zettler, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Ernest (Eleanor) Luetkens, Kenosha. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Willard and Roland, and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Rasch.
