Caviness, 1958 E. Cherry, died Tuesday, Jan. 3, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Services will be held Thursday, Jan. 5, at 10 a.m. in Bright-Holland Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Raymond Armstrong and the Rev. V. O. Kyle officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Caviness was born April 25, 1921, in Lamar County, a son of Roy and Tempia Hutchings Caviness. He was married to Estelle Gunter on Jan. 10, 1944, in Paris. He was custodian at Crockett Middle School and previously worked at the A&P Grocery for 20 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church and served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. Surviving are his wife; one son, Rick Caviness of Paris; one daughter, Annette Caviness of Paris; one daughter-in-law, June Caviness of Paris; one grandchild, Samantha Jane Caviness of Paris; four sisters, Bertie Todd of Paris, Dorothy Calloway of Powderly, Jewell Gunter of Sulphur Springs; Wanda Abercrombie of Grand Prairie. Two sisters preceded him in death, Sammie Jo DeJarnett and Mary Jane Revellet. Geburts-, Heirats-, Todesanzeigen) die in den Tageszeitungen oder auch in den sog. „Heimatblättchen“ der Gemeinden und Städten aus öffentlich, jeder Person zugänglichen Einrichtungen (z.B. Bibliotheken, genealogischen Vereinen) aus veröffentlichten Stammbäumen von anderen Genealogen aus Datenbanken genealogischer Vereine Sämtliche in meinem Stammbaum berücksichtigten Daten, Angaben und Notizen stammen aus für jedermann zugänglichen Quellen. Angaben und Daten, die nicht aus diesen Quellen stammen, sind in dem Stammbaum nicht enthalten bzw. für andere Personen nicht einsehbar. Die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen habe ich dabei selbstverständlich beachtet.
