Randy was born Dec 17, 1955 in Coleman, Coleman County, Texas to Eugene Lobstein and Mary Joan Smith Lobstein. Randy lived in Luling, Midland and Abilene Texas. He graduated in 1974 from Abilene High School. He married Lillie Casey Barnett on June 15, 1974 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Coleman, Texas. He worked in the oil field as a truck driver for many years with his good friend Paul Williams. In 1995 he went to work for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, were he still worked at the time of his death. His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, one daughter and son in law Brandy Sue and Onnesimo (RJ) Ranjel, on son Randall (Bucky) Eugene Lobstein Jr., one granddaughter Brittney Renee Lobstein, one grandson Adrian (AJ) Jordon Ranjel, one sister, one brother, one nephew, three nieces. Many family and friends. Visitation and service was on June 26, 2011 at Stevens Funeral Home in Coleman, burial at Coleman Cemetery on June 28, 2011.
