Steve Paul Ahlf, Omaha, Nebraska 9/20/96 - He called when he got my letter. He was quite excited. Remembered Fred in Canada and someone from Missouri. Turns out to be related to family from Sweet Springs, Mo. Wants me to send information on disk. He will update and add to the Sioux City information. Wants to track family. Think he will look into Claus Ahlf, census records. Also homestead records in Nebraska, apparently Glen R is living on old Louis Ahlf homestead and most records should be there. Pronounce name ©ﾙSAlf©ﾙT but know German is most likely ©ﾙSAwlf©ﾙT. I wonder of Jacob Joe Ahlf of Burg stayed in St. Joseph area and ended up in Sweet Springs??
