[Ahlf _all.GED] [JW Claus Ahlf.FTW] !BIRTH-PARENTS: Story written by sister, Minnie ABNEY, sent by Kent AHLF after phone conversation, Feb. 11, 1996; lots of info, but no documentation; also received address of nephew, Leslie EDWARDS, Cordova, TN; letter unanswered !MARRIAGE-SPOUSE-CHILDREN: Age when married, name of spouse and children included in story cited above. !DEATH: According to Minnie Abney story, died after a lengthy illness. Minnies' story said Josie was a seamstress. She worked for a millinery shop in Rector, AR. for awhile. Later she opened a dressmaking shop in her home. Several years later the family moved to Alabama where Arthur, George, and Edith worked in a music store. George never married. Edith married late in life, having no children. Thechildren both ended up taking their own life. ! Information from WFT, disk/Vol. 5, Pedigree 2518 gives b., d. year, no children listed; info probably submitted by gr-niece Patricia AHLF MITCHELL before 1997.
