CHILDREN..Thomas,Ann,Robert,Stewart,Carson,Margret,Jane,Matilda DEATH..BFH d 1880 BFH age 40 in 1867 but 1871 census age 40 KH .. b 1828 d 1880; Bruce Elliott's "The City Beyond" ..b around 1830 1871 Ottawa Carleton census age 40 Sarah Craig's "Hello Nepean" ..bought farm in 1854 when he was 23 (b 1831) the Log Farm was owned by Abraham for only a few years. KH thinks his father James lived with them for awhile. According to the Ottawa Citizen article he built the farmhouse in 1857.However,according to "Hello Nepean" the 'Log Farmhouse was built in 1852 by a man named Bennett. Sold to Abraham Bradley in 1854. He sold it in 1916 to a Mr Bompas. It was acquired by the National Capital Commission in 1966.' BFH..p5 & 53 Abraham born in Gloucester to the east of the Rideau in 1830-1 BFH..more on Abraham on pp42-44 & his will on p 46 JH..in 1854 Abraham bought Lot 27 Con 1 for $200..north of his father's land Abraham's son Robert m Elizabeth (Lizzie) Sibbert and had 3 daughters: Edith m J Young; Grace m H Johnson; Matilda May m C Minhinnick
