1 CONC drowned, as he tried to get off the boat to find some food for his
1 CONC family, he stepped between the boat and the gang plank. When his body was
1 CONC found someone had removed his money belt and wouldn't return the money.
1 CONC The family proceeded to Pittsburgh as Henrietta was pregnant and
1 CONC couldn't speak English. Upon arrival she hired Mr Heidleburg, who was an
1 CONC attorney and could speak German and English, to settle the matter of the
1 CONC money on her husband's body. She live on a farm
1 CONC near Mr Heidleburg, on Neval Island near Pittsburgh. As Henrietta had to
1 CONC prove that she owned some property before any money could be received
1 CONC from Germany. Upon the receival of the money she had a house built at
1 CONC 78 Van Bram Street, Pittsburgh. The house is said to be still there.

1 CONC unknown, and he must have adopted her children as the name Becker
1 CONC was dropped and was not carried on by anyone. All her children went by
1 CONC the last name of Hoffman.

1 CONC finished out her life living with one of her daughters, Mrs
