Allowed bread and meat and 1/6 money 1840, Nov 20 Workhouse Record All Saints aged 66, Harriett his wife 54, residing in Bleach Yard, applied for coffin for his wife, aid given. Ordered to be confined, 1841, 11 May, Workhouse Record All Saints - aged 67 residing at Bleach Yard to whom his wife was ordered for four weeks for being ill, applies again being still unable to work. Ordered relief in the workhouse to enable him to regain strength. 1841 Census Bleach Yard Derby John Noble 65 Shoemaker Derbys. Thomas Noble 20 Silk Twister Derbys Louisa Noble 18 Derbys. Harriett Noble 2m Derbys. (Louisa and Harriet are the wife and daughter of John's son Thomas) 1844 - Died in the Union Workhouse aged 68
