Possibly lived in Atmagea, Neue Weingarten and/or Murfatlar in theDobrudscha district of Romania from the time of her birth until thefamily came to the United States in 1907. The Mehrer surname isfound in Johannestal, and later in Atmagea, and all are descended fromJohannes Mehrer who came to Johannestal from Schwaigern in Württembergin 1829. Rosenfeld Baptist Cemetery SW 13-15-26-W3, seven miles east and two miles north of Golden Prairieon east side of Highway 21 The congregation was formed 5 Mar 1911 by immigrants who had relocatedhere from Drake, ND. Services were held in a country location untilabout 1944 when a new church was built in the town of Golden Prairie.The congregation was disbanded in May 1955. In April 1997, thecemetery was well kept.
