This son,Hugh Burder Maloy, wasin his twenties and thirties and was very active in Daniels Meeting HouseChurch. He was shown to be a messenger to Ebenizer Association and toSouthern Association. Hugh Burder Maloy so impressed his pastor, T. G.B. Law, that he named his eighth child after Mr. Maloy. The Maloy familywas from Scotland.
