I wish my funeral expences and just Debts to be paid out of any moneythat may be left or out of the sale of a part of my personal propertyFirst I leave to my beloved wife Rebecca Ray during her natural life orwidowhood a part of the tract of land that I now live on as will behereafter described my two negroes Rachel and Wilson with all myhousehold and Kitchen furnture, plantation tools waggon horses cattlehogs and stock of every kin, but if my sd wife should wish to dispose ofany part of the personal property I wish it to be sold by Executorshereafter named and to be disposed of a hereafter directed. I have givento my son Luke Rea 50 acres of land a mare and other property to theamount of $206, I have bought for my son John Reaa tract of land which hehas had and other propety to the amount of $230. I have given to mysonThomas Rea 60 acres of land a mare and other propety to the amount of$300. I now give to my son William Rea 50 acres of land to include theimprovement where he now lives joining James Andersons horse Creek and aline to be run between him and Allen McDonald mare and some other propetyto the amount of $300. I give to my daughter Patsey Sawyers and Charlesher husband the tract of land where they lived supposed to be 40 acres abed and cow that they have [to] hand to the amount of $152 and note thatI now hold on Tully Bolling for $15 that I wish given to him which willmake his amount $167. I now give to my daughter Rebecca McDonald and herhusband Allen McDonald 50 acres of land to include the improvement wherethey now live to join Tully Bollings land where John Rea lives HorseCreek and a line to be run between them and William Rea Jun’r the line tobe run to the best advantage for both parties with two cows a yearlingone still $11 in cash to the amount of $340 I have given to my daughterNancy Cockrum and James Cockrum her husband one bed and furniture and onemare to the amount of $70. If my wife should think proper to sell any ofthe personal property before her death I wish the proceed to be paid tothose children that has had the least, to make them equal with those thathad the most and at the final settlement of my estate I wish my childrento be made equal as to the balance of the tract of land that I now liveon, and leave to my wife with all the rest of the personal property thatis not nmaed I wish to be sold by my Executors at the death of my saidwife and the money to be divided among my legal heirs so as to make themall equal...
