That I Hezekiah ANDERSONbeing low in body but of sound mind & having in view the mortality of mybody do make & constitute this my last Will and Testament. I resign mysoul to God who gave it & my body to the dust having confidence in God'sword that it shall rise again in the morning of the resurrection. As tomy debts I make no provision having none but what my wife will settle. Ido give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Alley ANDERSON all my Estateboth real & personal during her life or widowhood that she may be able toraise & educate my little children, and at her death or marriage my willis that my property what is then left should be equally divided amongstmy children and I do hereby nominate my wife Alley ANDERSON, my sonWilliam ANDERSON & my trusty friend Moses N.
