BIOGRAPHY: 1748: He is listed in Harxheim tax roll [University of Heidelberg, LAN SP, A 16,171, p.11 (back sheet)];
1753: Ulrich worked as a farm-hand "in Harxheim area" [Secondary source, information is questionable! Mennonitisches Lexikon, vol.4, p.596; Karlsruhe 1967].
1757 he and his wife Anna Catharina swapped their property in Harxheim with Jakob Licht's (wife: Anna Catharina) property in Einselthum [Mennonitisches Lexikon, vol.4, p.596; Karlsruhe 1967].
In the record of Jacob Licht in the tax roll of Harxheim of Nov 13, 1759, one of his fields is situated adjacent to land of "Ullrich Flory from Einselthum" [Harxheim tax roll 1759; STA SP , F3, 103].
In 1759 he lived in Einselthum with his wife and one child, and "his old parents" [Palatine census of mennonites; Jun 16,1759; GLA KA 77/4213, Aufn.einh. 226].

On Aug 29, 1767, there is was a report of Mr. Wüstenfeld, official of Nassau-Weilburg, dealing with Mennonite issues. It contains a list of the Mennonites living in Kirchheim-Bolanden area. On May 1, 1769, he sold Herrengut property to Johannes Hertzeler [County of Nassau-Weilburg, administration; LAN SP, C38, 698].

In 1789/1790 Johannes Hertzeler dividied the property into two shares which of one was given to his son-in-law Leonhard Göbel [County of Nassau-Weilburg, Herrschaften Kirchheim and Stauf; STA WI, 168a, VIII b 42].
