Met James while serving a Scotch table of stonecutters (Jane's mother worked as a cook for stonecutters. Scotch sat at 1 table; Irish another). Age 22 when married in 1886 living at 132 Harrison Av in Harrison. Thomas Wardell of 210 4th St and Minnie Seely of 303 4th St witnesses at time of marriage. Age 31 (parents born England) in 1900 census living at 1108B Avenue C, Bayonne, NJ with husband and 6 children (only bore 6). Age 41 (parents born England) in 1910 census living at 508 Howard St, home owned but mortgaged, in Corona, CA with husband and 8 children (bore 9 and all survive). Age 50 (parents born England) in 1920 census living at 508 Howard St, home owned free & clear, in Corona, CA with husband and 3 youngest children. Age 60 (parents born England) in 1930 census living at 508 Howard, home owned worth $2500, in Corona, California with husband & 2 children. Died of a stroke in Corona Hospital at noon following a 2 week illness.
