Robert Swan,sr. of Haverhill,acknowledged the receipt of whatwasgivenhim by his father, Richard Swanof Rowley, in his last will,namelyhisdwelling house, barn, orchard,pasture lands andpriviledgesthereuntobelonging, and release JosephBoynton of Rowleyexecutor to thewill, ofall further demands upon theestate.
