They were living in El Dorado, KS in 1920 according to Henry's probate papers and the Wichita Eagle and Beacon article. According to Rudolph's obit, they were living in Los Angeles, CA in 1960. in Probate papers her married name is spelled with one t; Rudolph's obit spelled with 2 t's --------------------------------------------------------- Waiting on Leo's death certificate (May 25, 2003) to confirm. Believe that Lena W. on the 1900 Census married to Robert B. Stockstill is Helena W. Ahlf. Dates of birth match and Germany as place of birth match. Parents both from Germany match and the other couple living on the farm is Elizabeth and her husband Arthur L. Have 1900 census documents. By 1919 or 1920, Farris Plunkett and Helena got married after (assumed) Helena got divorced form Robert B. Stockstill. This is why Leo Stockstill, Jr's obit refers to Paul Plunkett as a brother. All the children were born before Leo, so they have to be Stockstill (except #1). Please note child #3's NAME!!!!!! Wesley Plunkett b: abt 1900 in Indiana ?maybe one of his children from a previous marriage? yes, he is... Margarite Stockstill b: abt 1904 in Oklahoma Thomas B. Stockstill b: abt 1907 in Oklahoma Eugene Stockstill b: Abt 1908 in Oklahoma Leo H. Stockstill September 07, 1910 in Kansas Paul (now changes) Plunkett abt 1918. YES, we have linked them...........YES, I am sooooooooo glad. Now need to prove birth parents on Leo and we have it! All other children will fall into line, except maybe Wesley Stockstill....He might be a Plunkett. The children born in Oklahoma and Kansas are solved. Now the first wife of Paris Plunket to be found with Wesley. All brothers and sisters, except Paul must have been dead before 1976, since they are not mentioned in the 1976 obit of Leo, Jr. Janet
