1739 Adam Dietz of Hoheneschweiler leaves for America.   Adam Dietz and George Dietz settled in Plainfield township, Northampton County, PA. On October 18, 1750, a warrant for 25 acres "near George Berringer at the Blue Mountain, above the Forks of the Delaware, in trust for the Calvinist Congregations there", was issued to Adam Deeds. In 1763, Adam Dietz was an elder and George Dietz a deacon of the Plainfield Reformed Congregation.
