<p>Dick Iman, 85, of Norman passed away Friday, December 28, 2018. he was born April 23, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to O. B. Iman and Ethel Holland Iman.</p>
<p></p>
<p>He grew up in Oklahoma City where he graduated from Central High School in 1951. He went on to earn a degree chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University. After college he served as second lieutenant in the Air Force and in 1958 he married Carol Casey.
<p></p>
<p>Dick was a pioneer in the coin-operated car wash industry. He built and operated car washes in Oklahoma City for over fifty years. In the seventies he built the first four-bay coin-operated car wash in the country.</p>
<p></p>
<p>Dick was preceded in death by his parents and his son Michael. Dick is survived by his wife, sons Gregory and Matthew, and brother Jack.</p>
<p></p>
<p>The family will be present to receive friends from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the Havenbrook Funeral Home at 3401 Havenbrook Street in Norman, Okahoma.</p>
