Year changed to 1832 so she would list in order with the family. Birthdate and parentage questions: birthdate listed in Ehrman2 as 1833, but she is not listed in Ehrman1 - the year 1833 was the first where births were listed. A brother Peter is listed as born in 1833. the only parents having children in the 1830s were Ludwig and Katharina (Kaul) Heil. If Apolonia was born in 1832 she would not have been listed and there is an older sister so Ludwig and Katharina were having children in the early 1830s. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ In addition, Apollonia Heil was Elisabetha Huber's first cousin, once removed [Apollonia Heil &; Johann Georg Huber were also first cousins, once removed] through the KAUL family. After Ludwig HEIL died [after 1885], Elisabetha Huber Keller Heil, emigrated to the USA with one of her daughters [Catharina Heil, b 20.3.1860] &; sons-in-law, Johannes Laemmle. They lived in the Hosmer-Roscoe area. Tom &; Jan Stangl I do not have "hard" proof, but VERY, VERY good "speculation" that Apollonia Heil was the daughter of Ludwig HEIL and his first wife, Johanna Katharina KAUL. Apollonia was born ca 1832 [NOT in 1833!--her BROTHER, Peter Heil was born 24.11.1833], just before the StPete records began. Ludwig & Johanna Katharina were the ONLY Heil family appearing in the StPete extractions who were married BEFORE 1833, and having children at that time. Therefore, I have 100% faith that my "speculation" is fact! Johanna Katharina KAUL was born ca 21.4.1813 Glk, the daughter of "Christian" [born 27.3.1793 in Markgroeningen, baptised as Johann Gottlieb!!] KAUL and Elisabetha SCHNABEL [see GRL:58 & 70, 1816]. Ludwig HEIL is the son of Johann Georg HEIL [b ca 1788 Neu-Verbas, Hungary; d 1852--father might be Michael Heil out of Gutenberg/Nuertingen -Wue and his wife, Anna Katharina NACHTRIEB [b ca 1791 Neu-Verbas]--[see GRL:90, GRL:70 & GRL:130, 1816].
