In the name ofGod Amen on 15 Day of May 1791, I Benjamin Toynbee of Timberland in the County of Lincoln, being of perfect mind and memory thanks be given to God for it and to make and ordain this my last will and testament in the following manner and form. That is to say.. First I give to my Son Daniel Toynbee the sum of 20 shillings. Also I give Son Charles Toynbee the sum of 20 shillings. Also I give to my daughter Mary Farnsworth the sum of 20 shillings. Also I give to my daughter Elizabeth Elkington the sum of 20 shillings. Also I give to my daughter Diana Elkington the sum of 20 shillings. Lastly I give my well beloved son Samuel Toynbee whom I make my sole executor all my goods and chattels whatsoever freely by him to be possessed and enjoyed. Also all my singular lands messuages and tenements belonging which I hold by lease for the full end term of ninety nine years belong to Harbour (...... ) freely to my son Samuel and disallow all other Wills by me in anyway before named.}
