Halberstadt, in dieser Position blieb er 12 Jahre, ab 1879 Senatsvorsitzender am Oberlandesgericht in

Hamm, 1886 Senatspräsident beim Kammergericht in Berlin bis Ende 1895, dann schied er aus dem
aktiven Dienst mit dem Titel Geheimer Oberjustizrat,
wohnte in Berlin, Friedrich-Wilhelm-Str. (zwischen Tiergarten und Lützowplatz).
