OBITUARY
Funeral services for Robert HOFF were held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at the Root Mortuary with Rev. James Goehner in charge.
Mr. HOFF died Wednesday after a short illness.
He was born at Herman, Wisconsin, March 15, 1872. On August 6, 1902, he was married to Louise KURZROK at Burlington, Wisconsin. There were 10 children born, six of whom preceded him in death. The HOFFs moved to eastern Colorado in 1910 where theyhomesteaded. In 1935 they moved to Routt county and in 1942 he retired from ranching.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Louise HOFF, a son Gilbert HOFF of Steamboat, three daughters, Mrs. Iris PAEPKE of Burlington, Wisconsin, Mrs. Dorothy WEEKS and Mrs. Marie McBRIDE of Steamboat and a brother, Richard HOFF of Mayville, Wisconsin.
Mrs. Elvin Bowen sang "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere," and "Abide With Me." She was accompanied by Marguerite See.
Pallbearers were Jurgen STROH, Paul GNEISER, Fernon KUMKE, C. R. HEID, Charles ECKSTINE and Henry REHDER.
