Die Güte des Herrn Dr. Reinhold Pauli, welcher die Abschriften mehrere hier abgedruckter Documente mir mitgetheilt hat, verdanke ich auch die folgenden Auszüge: 1. Indentur vom 9. Februar 1702, 1. Annae Re., worin auf Grund der Letters patent, und da die anderen Feoffees gestorben, dem Theodore Jacobson und folgenden Genossen dieselben Rechte übermacht werden: Henry Jacobsen, Jacob Jacobsen, party to theis presents, george Ludewig Duntze, Clement Boehm, Peter Meier, Henry Ulken, Henry Sperling, Andrew Heidtricker, {\b {\i Hermann Friederich Dorrien}}, John Henry Verpoorten, Johann Henrich Boock, George Stehn, Henry Erichs and Johan Jacob von Strassen. 2. Dieselben sind Trustees der Kirche und Theodor Jacobsen ihr Praesident; sie unterzeichnen sämmtlich eigenhändig eine darüber in deutscher Sprache ausgestellte Ordnung vom 1. July 1703, wonach an jedem Donnerstage nach dem 25. März, 24. Juny, 29. September und am 25. December eine allgemeine Versammlung Statt finden soll. 3. Indentur vom 20. December 1762. 3. George III., worin auf Grund der Letters patent und drei früherer Indenturen die Rechte der Kaufleute bestätigt werden. Die zweite und dritte Indentur finde ich nicht, wohl aber werden in der gegenwärtigen ihre Contrahenten aufgeführt: Indenture bearing date tbe fifth Day of September 1729 and made between the said Jacob Jacobsen by the name of Sir Jacob Jacobsen, Knight, Clement Boehm and Henry Sperling of London, Merchants, {\b {\i Herman Frederick Dorrien of Hamburgh, Merchant}}, Johan Henrick Boock and George Stehn of London, Merchants, of the one part, and Martin Ludolph of London, Merchant, of the other part ... reciting that the said (folgen die Trustees von 1702) were all dead and that the said Sir Jacob Jacobsen, Henry Sperling aad George Stehn had declined acting in the said trust. And further reciting a decree of the High Court of of Chancery made the fifteenth day of May 1705 in two causes, wherein the then Attorney General at the relation of Theodore Jacobsen and others was plaintiff and John Esdras Edzardi and others were defendants. Et e contra (it was amongst other things) ordered, that the Trustees and Assignees then assigned unto and all others, that should by the Consistory or Vestry afler that time be chosen to be assignees, should act in the said trost by the consent of the said Consistory or Vestry. And reciting that the Consistory had been agreeably assembled on the seventeenth day of January then last past and had nominated, appointed and chosen the said Clement Boehm, {\b {\i Herman Frederick Dorien}} and Johan Frederick Boock, three of the former trustees, partys to the said recited indenture, and had also chosen and added Christian Colebrant, John Baptist Mayer (in the said indenture wrote John Baptist Meyer), Henry Vognell, John Luttman, John Janssen, John Christian, Herman Anthony Lutkens, George Christian Luders, Cornelius Pagenstecher, John Jacob Heldt and {\b {\i Abraham Boetefeur}}, all of London Merchants, and Peter Meyer of London Esquire to be trustees etc. - Von diesen übertragen die Ueberlebenden ihre Rechte an Martin Ludolph.  PARTIAL TRANSCRIPTION OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FREDERICK DORRIEN, MERCHANT OF LONDON written: 3 Feb. 1732; and proved: 21 Nov. 1733 "I Frederick Dorrien of London Merchant ... my body I commit to the Earth to be devoutly yett privately buryed in the Lutheran Church of the holy Trinity in Trinity Lane London att the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named ... And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Liebert Dorrien my said Son Executor of this my last Will and Testament ... Item I give unto my Nephew John Ludvig Dorrien the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid him within twelve months after my decease Item I give unto my Sister Anna Margaretta Dorrien widow Blume in case she shall beliveing att the time of my decease the sum of one hundred pounds Butt in case she shall nott beliveing att the time of my decease then I give devise and bequeath the said legacy of one hundred pounds unto such daughter or daughters of the said Ann Margaretta widow Blume As shall be then liveing share and share alike Item I give devise and bequeath unto the elders and Churchwarddens or Consistory of the said Lutheran Church of the holy Trinity in Trinity Lane aforesaid the sum of two hundred pounds In Trust that they ...
