1. William Brockman was a Revolutionary War soldier who lived in
Orange co., VA and died in Boone co., KY in 1812.
2. He operated a mill in Orange co., VA and later moved to KY about
1806-1810.
3. Elizabeth was his first cousin; a daughter of William and Elizabeth
Brockman.
4. Miss Vella Good of Frankfort, IN furnished the William Brockman
Bible record that was published in the Hoosier Genealogist. She
descended from Eleanor (Nelly) Brockman who married Moses
Brockman. They settled in Clinton county, IN in 1828. Their
daughter, Susan, married Elijah Rogers in 1816; their son, Moses,
married Sally Ann Wainscott in 1844; their daughter, Florida,
married George M. Good, the father of Vella Good, in 1882.
