1. From page 209 of the Brockman Scrapbook: "Andrew Brockman:
Born in Virginia (before 1800). He married Milla Leek and they had
8 children born in Virginia. His wife died there and he and his
children moved to Indiana. Later he made his home with his son
John and at his death he was [burried] in the family [burrying]
ground at the old Shiloh Church near Mace, Indiana."
2. He moved to Boone county, KY about 1806 (1810), to Montgomery
co., IN (1825 and
1829 Land Records), to Clinton co., IN (1830 census), to
Montgomery co., IN (1840 census).
3. His will was proved 12 Feb 1838.
