Christian Leonhardt, former well known butcher died at Lakeland Asylum.
The funeral of Christian Leonhardt will be held at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from the family residence, 1612 Irvine street. The burial will be in Cave Hill cemetery. Members of the Butchers' Union will act as pallbearers. Mr. Leonhardt's death occurred at 11:15 o'clock Sunday morning at Central Asylam for the Insane, at Lakeland, Ky, where he was sent last November.
He was seventy-nine years old, and was a native of Germany, but for over half a century had resided in Louisville. He had worked at his trade at local slaughter houses. He is survived by his wife and several children.
