Ratch Murph told me that their graves are in downtown Charlotte onFifth St.. He stated that Telithia's funeral was held by the Salvationarmy down town and they took her just up the street for burial. Ratch also told me that the Murph family shunned Charles for marringTelithia because she was Native american. He said about the time theymarried the Indian up rising out west was still clear in everyone's mind. Ratch said that out of all of his brothers and sisters himself,Ester and Walter had skin like the Murph's and Andrew, Coleman and Sendiahad skin like the Hall's.
