Greenville News Carol Amos Galloway - Easley Carol Amos Galloway, 67 of 10326 Anderson Road, Husband of Ruth McNeelyGalloway, died tuesday at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville County, he was a son of Annie Mae S. Galloway ofGreenville and the late Ray Galloway. He was the retired owner and operator of Four Seasons Nursery inPowdersville and served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War. Hewas a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, where he was a member ofPrayer Warriors Sunday School Class and was a greeter. Surviving are his wife, Ruth McNeely Galloway of the home; a daughter,Artie Galloway Taylor of Easley; his mother Annie Mae S. Galloway ofGreenville; five brothers, Harold, Minor Lee, Leonard and Tommy Gallowayall of Greenville, and Hershel Galloway of Marietta; six sisters, MildredBailey, Eleanor Massey, Judy Hall, Sylvia Fowler, all of Greenville,Frances Ware and Mary Jane Roach of Dacusville; and a grandson, J.Rockford "Rocky" Taylor of Easley. Services: 2 pm friday at rock Springs Baptist Church conducted by theRev. David Gallamore, Joel Jenkins, and Dr. David Junker. Burial will beat the Robinson Memerial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley. Pallbearers will be Raymond Myers, Cletus Mobley, Ray Knight, Pete Elrod,Billy Ausburn, James Gillespie and Dennis Baker, Honorary Escort will bethe Prayer Warriors Sunday School Class of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
