Tn. 1941,Retired Senior Chief Petty Officer,USN. My mother lives in Fentress co. and uncles and cousins in morgan co. Alph. Hall , son of Sam Hall and Drucilla Morgan(Cherokee ?) Alph Married Mary Ann Norris.Children that I know personally are Robert Hall ,Lindsey Hall,Virginia Hall,Tennessee Hall,and my grandmother Stacey Hall b. Apr. 26,1890 .Stacy Married Louis LaRue in1910. They had 11children,Laura,Cora,Idell,Myrtle,Bessie,Edna,Egbert,Hugh, (William Jr. my father), Edward and Thomas. Stacy and Louie lived near shadeland in Morgan ,co. Both are buried in Springs chapel cemetry along with her parents and his mother. William LaRue ,Louies father is buried on his land , which now belongs to his ggrandson Bobby York. My dad married novella young, her grandmother on her mothers side Mary Ann Hall Bledsoe is the dau. of George W Hall . son of Sam Hall and Jennie Lemmons or Laymance. So my Hall lines go back to Martin and Sam Hall the first white settlers in Morgan,co. I visit in Morgan and Fentress county monthly. The LaRue family reunion is in August. There will be many Hall's there,because Dolly LaRue, Married Lindsey Hall, Alph's son. This is confusing,Lindsey and Stacy Hall ,Alph's children Married ,Dolly and Louis LaRue so all their children are double 1st cousins.
