[Krug-Grunwald-Tree.GED] St. Paul's Church records state: Johann Petri II was born in KleinGladenbach in GranddutchyHessen-Darmstadt, Germany on February 24, 1828. He came to the US in1853 and married Elizabeth Mueller Dec. 10, 1855. They had seven children, 3 boys and 4 girls all still living at his death. He diedAugust 31, 1883 at the age of 55 years, 6 months, 7 days. He was buriedby Pastor Hoezel on Sept. 2, 1883. FDL Register of deeds state his marriage to be Dec. 10, 1854. Marriage Certificate info also from Polk Library-UW-Oshkosh, Wi. Document# 02173 Married December 10, 1854 Fond du Lac Courthouse Record in Volume 1,Document# 0136. Both are buried in Forest Cemetery, FDL, WI., A grey marble stone inplace, there are two footstones which read, "Unser Vater & Unser Mutter." 1860 census: Town of Forest: John Petri II-31 yrs.
