Joined his beloved wife, Rita, in heaven, on Monday, August 19, 2013, age 96, of Ross Twp., Father of Rita (Jim) Guentner, Thomas "Ted" (Mary Jean) Dixon and Beth Dixon; brother of Genevieve Kenny, Mildred Hauck and Mary Margaret Kay; also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by two infant children and three brothers. Friends received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 388 Center Avenue in West View 15229. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Athanasius Church. Tom proudly served his country during WWII and was a member of VFW Post #2754 in West View. He was the owner of Ked's Beer and a member of St. Athanasius Church Usher's Club and Retired Boy's Golf League. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to St. Athanasius Church, 7 Chalfonte Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15229 or a . Please pay tribute at:
