Frederick's Obituary Frederick H. Kramer, aged 88, of Grand Rapids, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the Clark Retirement Community. Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Betty; his children, Fred (Coralie) Kramer of HI, Karen (John) Kniffen of TX; his grandchildren, Laura (Jim) Herbert, Stewart and Steven Kramer; great grandchildren, Emma and Ian Herbert; his sister, Norma Berry of CA; nieces and nephews. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Service Of Remembrance will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 6 at Faith United Methodist Church, 2600 7th Ave. N.W. with Rev. Jeff Hayes officiating. Relatives and friends may meet his family at the church one hour before the service on Wednesday. Details: Betty L. Kramer, aged 82, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord Thursday, January 25, 2007 at the Clark Retirement Community. She was preceded in death by her three husbands, Roland Flora, Donald Ullery and Frederick Kramer, Sr.; her sisterand brother, Lucile Day and Thomas Myers. Surviving are her step-children, Frederick (Coralie) Kramer, Jr. of HI, Karen (John) Kniffen of TX; his sister, Nancy Rehkopf; a sister-in-law, Joyce Myers both of Grand Rapids; nieces and nephews, Richard Day, Susan Day, Robin Morris, Brenda Howell, and James Myers. Betty was an active member of Faith U.M.C. for over 40 years. She was a bookkeeper for Consumers Energy and volunteered many hours for the Santa Claus Girls and the Butterworth Hospital Women's Guild. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a Service Of Remembrance will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Faith U.M.C., 2600 7th Ave. N.W. with Rev. Jeff Hayes officiating. Interment in Fairplains Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet her family at the church one hour before the service Tuesday.
