Former Kenoshan Dies Herbert H. Swartz, 52, 4707 Malden Ave., Chicago, died suddenly at his home there Friday. Born in Kenosha, May 18, 1903, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Swartz, he re. ceived his education in the schools here. A Chicago resi- dent since 1921, Swartz had been employed as a special clerk by the Chicago post of. fice for 34 years. A World War Il veteran, he served with the Army from Dec. 9, 1942, to July 31, 1945. He was a member of the American Legion of Chi- cago. He is survived by two brothers, Fred and Walter Swartz, both of Kenosha.
