August 1829 Die Eheleute Josef Fehrenbach übergaben an den verheirateten Sohn Andreas Fehrenbach ein hölzernes Bauernhaus, eine besondere Hausmühle, Speicher, Siedhütte, Feld und Wald, zusammen 172 Juchert,für 5100 Gulden. (GB V, 31) Bauer auf dem Birkweghof, 1829 bis 1872. 1833/1836 Rechtsstreit mit der Domäne wegen 1/2 Juchert Wald in der Oberibentäler Allmend beim Birkmoos(endet mit einem Verzicht). Im Jahre 1844 wurde das Stöckle gebaut.
