'''Per Ed Seib''' (Teofil’s grandson) Teofil came to Canada in '''1949'''. Did he ever come to visit before he came over permanently? '''No'''. '''Teofil Seib''' - Lived most of his life in Russia(it was Russia prior to 1918) just south of Lucks.(LUTZK). Teofil was in a refugee camp before he came to Canada, just before the iron curtain came up. He had money so he bought his way out of Russian occupied Germany (smuggled out). When he was 80 he moved to Niagara Falls where he spent the next 14 years there until his death.
