Nelson ADAMS

Birth: Dec. 13, 1814 Roane County Tennessee, USA Death: May 2, 1882 Dickson County Tennessee, USA It is believed that Nelson was the Son of Asa Adams and Phereby Barfoot Adams but there is no proof of this. Nelson was born in Tennessee and his father North Carolina and his mother in South Carolina according to census records. There is a record of a Asa Adams and Phereby Barfoot appling for a license to marry, but there is no record of a marriage date given on the court recording only that license was applied for on Feb 23, 1802 in Robeson County, North Carolina. no other information is listed on them there. I have sent for a death certificate on Nelson and when this is returned I will post it here.
