HARRISON, 74, retired Kewanna undertaker, passed away at his home at 6 o'clock this morning. He had been ill for some time. Born Feb. 10, 1875, near Grass Creek, he was the son of Thomas and Susan (BROOK) HARRISON and a member of he Baptist church and IOOF. His wife, Edith PHERSON, preceded him in death in January, 1948. He had been an undertaker for 45 years. Survivors include a son, Paul [HARRISON], of Royal Center; four sisters, Mrs. Jane ALBRO and Mrs. Daisy SANDERS, Kewanna. Mrs. Nellie HILE, Grand Springs, Mich. and Mrs. Lizzie LONG, Ocala, Florida; two brothers, Dr. Charles HARRISON, Sidney, Australia, and Frank HARRISON, Arlington, California; and four granddaughters. The body was taken to Zimmerman Bros. funeral home, Rochester and will be returned to the Harrison funeral home Thursday evening. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Kewanna Baptist church. The Rev. BULGER will officiate and burial will be in Grass Creek cemetery.
