Mr. Fisk also was the first director of the Imperial Teteques, the first all-Masonic band in the country, a development of a brass quartet, who called themselves the "T-T-Q's"-triple tongue quartet, and he led that now famous musical organization for a number of years. Of late years Mr. Fisk was not so active in musical circles, having dropped out on account of his health. Had Retired From Business At one time during his business career, Mr. Fisk was the manager of the state employment office in Williamsport and for a number of years he was identified with the Williamsport Outdoor Advertising company, of which his son, Harry E. Fisk is the manager. He had not been actively engaged in business for some years.
