NOTICE OF HEARING ON FINAL SETTLEMENT AND DETERMINATION OF INHERITANCETAX AND TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP.
State of Wisconsin, County Court, Manitowoc County.
In the Matter of the Estate of THERESA ESPEN, Deceased.
Notice is hereby given that at a term of said Court to be held on Tuesday, the 5th day of October, 1948, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of saidday, at the Court House in the City of Manitowoc, in said County, there will be heard and considered:
The application of Charles J. Hessel, executor of the estate of TheresaEspen, deceased, late of the Town of Kossuth, in said County, for theexamination and allowance of his final account, which account is now onfile in said Court, and for the allowance of debts or claims paid in good faith without filling or allowance as required by law, for the determination of who are the heirs of said deceased, and for the assignmentof the residue of the estate of said deceased to such persons as are by law entitled thereto; and for the determination and adjudication of the inheritance tax, if any, payable in said estate.
