Louis J. Fuersich, 82, Drake Hospital, Cincinnati, died Friday at 5:45 p.m. in the Dayton Memorial Hospital of complication. He had been in ill health for three months and serious the last two months. He was born in Batesville, Indiana, August 19, 1884, a son of George and Philomena Alf Fuersich and received his education in St. Stephen School, Hamilton. He married Della STEIN in St. Stephen Church in 1913 and she preceded him in death in 1929. Mr. Fuersich was employed as a molder at the Peerles Foundry and and retired 25 years ago. He leaves five sons, George, Robert and William Fuersich, all of Cincinnati, Paul Fuersich, Hamilton, and Edward Fuersich, Hackettstown, N.J.; two daughters, Mrs. Laverne HAZARD and Mrs. Rosemary CRANK, both of Hamilton; two sisters, Mrs. Jake NEWMAN and Miss Theresa Fuersich, both of Hamilton; 15 granchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Services will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Cahill and sons funeral Home 229 Dayton St. with Requiem High Mass in St. Stephen church at 9:30. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 6 until 8 p.m., Feb. 1967.
