He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Frances Neumann, and his siblings Ernest, Gordon, Sylvia and Emma. He is survived by his loving wife, Kay (Hicke) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Wadowice, Poland,on October 18, 1943, Werner immigrated to Canada, first living in Toronto and then moving to Regina, and obtaining citizenship in 1974. He worked for many years at the Hotel Saskatchewan. He and Kayshared a strong faith in God and the Blessed Mother, praying thousands of rosaries between themselves and with friends over the years. He could often be heard saying goodbye to others with a "God bless you." Werner had a passion for helping others and enjoyed getting together with friends for coffee and visits. A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, September 27 at 12:05 p.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church, 2019 Scarth Street, Regina, SK. Interment will be held at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, </span><a style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: none; color: purple; outline-style: none; font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;" href="tel:200-4545">200-4545</a><span style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> Parliament Ave., Regina, SK S4W 0G3.
