Am 25. Mai 1772 heiratete Peter Böhm in erster Ehe Anna Sophia Siegel. Beide Brautleute stammten aus Eitorf. Als Trauzeugen erschienen Franz Bauer und Jodokus Scheidsbach.
Am 15. August 1775 heiratete der mittlerweile verwitwete Peter Böhm Anna Katharina Krimmel. Auch diese Braut stammte aus Eitorf. Als Trauzeugen erschienen diesmal Heinrich Windscheif und Wilhelm Miebach.
Peter Böhm starb am 13. September 1798 im Alter von 60 Jahren.
