Hij was Baumeister en Schöffe (schepen?) van de Fronhof in Disternich (1652 - 1667). De fronhof is Hallenurg in Disternich (deze Fronhof staat er nog steeds (foto's beschikbaar). Grondeigenaar in Sievernich ... Kirchenprovisor. Hij woonde in Sievernich en wel in het noordelijk deel van Sievernich, welk tot de parochie van Disternich hoorde. Het overige Sievernich hoorde bij Sint Martin in Zülpich. In het doopboek van Disternich wordt hij genoemd Jan Cilkens von Sievernich. Hij is vermoedelijk buiten Sievernich gestorven, vermoedelijk voor 1674.
