Intermentwill follow in Grandview Cemetery. Born in Quemahoning Township, Somerset County, the deceased was a son ofthe late Christian and Martha Slagle. While in Johnstown, Mr. Slagle wasemployed by Bethlehem Steel Corporation. Surviving are his widow, Mrs.Nanny (Barron) Slagle; two sons John Henry and Robert Slagle, and thefollowing brothers and sisters; Ephrain Slagle of Moxham, A.A. Slagle ofStoystown, W.R. Slagle of New York City, D.H. Slagle of Edgewood, HarrySlagle of Kanter, Somerset County, Mrs. Annie Rodgers of Hooversville,Mrs. Carrie Lohr of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Minnie Crissey of Akron Ohio.Another brother Noah Slagle died in Uniontown (PA) about two months ago.
