William is known as "Bill Potthast;" his son, also named William, was called "Bill Junior" which he has shortened to "B J." Family records passed down by my parents indicated that Bill and Mary Patricia had five children: Karen, Keller, Kevin, Kyle and Krista. Based on information received from Mike Potthast (Bill's son from his second marriage), there was no Keller ... their second child was named William K. Potthast. There was a similar problem in the family records with the children of Bill and his second wife, Barbara Allen. Those family records indicated that they had four children: Christopher, Amy, David, and Daniel. According to Mike Potthast, whose full name is Christopher Michael) -- the son of Bill and Barbara -- there were only three children from this marrige: himself, plus Amy and Daniel.
