Details: Becker, Elise, Racine, Age 77 years. Elise passed away early Wednesday morning, May 26, IW3, in Woodstock Health & Rehab Center, Kenosha, Elise was born in Kenosha, Wis. on July 3, 1915, the daughter of Emil and Minna (nee: Petri) Schneider. She was in the Kenosha Public Schools. On June 25, was united in marriage with William Becker. Elise was a Brownie Scout, Girl Scout, Cub Scout and PTA volunteer f. many years, both in Racine and in Jackson, Mich., where she and ber family lived from 1942 to 1953. She was an avid gardner. She was a member of the Christian Assembly in Kenosha, Wis., the Wisconsin Parkinson's Association and St. Mary's Auxiliary. Elise is survived by two sons, William Becker (Sharron St. John) of Madison, Wis., Randall Becker of Racine; and two daughters, Lovice Becker and Carol Olson, both of Racine; five grandchildren, Kira and Adam Olson of Racine, and Gareth Becker, Hilary St. John and Dylan St. Steen of Madison, Wis. Further survived by three sisters, Helen Bernardon of Boonton, N.J., Lois Quick of Ocala, Fla., and Eunice Bloner of Kenosha, Wis. Also survived by one brother, William Schneider of Livonia, Mich sister- in-law, Jeanette Schneider of Kenosha, Wis.; brothers-in-law, Robert Becker of Lake Forest, Ill., and Richard Becker of Jackson, Mich and a sister-in-law, Emmy Knauz of Florida. Also by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William in June 1988; an infant daughter, Lorelei in 1953; and b four brothers. A funeral service Wii be held on Friday, May 28, 1993, at 3 p.m. at the Hansen Funeral Home, 6019 - 7th Avenue, Kenosha, Wis. Friends may call on Friday from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will be at the Green Ridge Cemetery in Kenosha, Wis. Memorials to Wisconsin Parkinson's Association are suggested by the family. The Journal Times Racine 27.5.1993
