Er wurde auf dem Hikman Cemetery in Pleva im Knox County im State Missouri beigesetzt, er war nicht verheiratet. M. B. Hickman of Plevna, an 82-year-old native Knox Countian, died at 4 o'clock yesterday morning, Nov. 14, 1951, at the Gibson Hospital in Edina. He was accidentally injured Saturday night, when hit by a car, in front of which he walked on the highway in Plevna. Following the accident he was brought to the hospital here and after death his body was taken to the Kelly Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 o'clock this aftemoon at Plevna by the Rev. J. L. Shoemaker of Shelbina. Burial will be in the Hickman Cemetery near Plevna. The Masonic Lodge, of which Mr. Hickman was a member, will have services at the grave. There survive three brothers, R. V. Hickman of Shelbina, Guy Hickman of Denver, Colo., and W. J.Hickman of Wood Lake, Nebr. Michael Bruce Hickman was born April 6, 1869, at Plevna. He was a son of Henry and Harriet Miller Hickman and had always lived in the vicinity of Plevna, where he attended school. He had farmed until of late years and had never married. A brother, Henry B.
