Court met pursuant to adjournment
In the matter of the Estate
of George Henline deceased
And now at this day comesJohn W Henline and presents his petition to
be appointed administrator of
the estate of George Henline deceased Averring in said petition that
the said George Henline died
intestate at the County of McLean on or about the 26th dayof January
AD 1865 leaving property to be
administered of the probable valueof Three hundred Dollars. And the
Court being fully advised in the
premises. It is Ordered that the said John W Henline be and he is
hereby appointed administrator of said
estate and that as such administrator he enter into Bond in the penal
sum of Six hundred Dollars with
good and sufficient Security tobe approved by the Court and
conditioned according to Law. And the
said JohnW Henline having executed such Bond with David Waggoner as
security presentsthe same
to Court which the Court upon examination approved and orders that it
be filed and recorded And that
the clerk of this Court issue Letters of Administration to the Said
John W Henline as provided by Law.
It is furthur ordered that B J Wiley William Foster and Shelton Smith
be and they are herebyappointed
appraisers of Said Estate and that the clerk issue a warrant to themas
required by law.
