Biographical Sketch (1932):3122 'Michael's wife was Maria EvawhowasbornSept. 11, 1717; d. June 27, 1807, in Springfield Township ofwhatisnowMahoning County, Ohio, near Petersburg. The inscriptiononhergravestonein the Old Lutheran Church Cemetery two miles northofthatcity reads:
Eva Mosser was born Sept. 11, 1717. For fifty years she wasthewifeofMichael Mosser, to whom she bore eleven children. She diedJune27,1807,and was buried June 29, 1807.*
Maria Eva went with her sons to Ohio in 1801, where she diedandwasburiedin the cemetery mentioned above. Only seven of theelevenchildrenareidentified. Likely the others were daughters.
